Everyone immediate thought back to 9/11. Remember they were airborne for 3 minutes no more. Knowing crew would have to be in their jumpseat for take off, they probably stayed in their jumpseat until ditching. Most likely shouting commands and instructions from their door. IE lifejackets, brace position and evacuation commands once in the water.
